This course is Handson DIY project on actual hardware to learn the Autosar software tech stack

We will use the ElecronicsV3 Development Board, and AutoCal-V1 Hardware Kit throughout this course to learn the Autosar Software Tech Stack using its MCAL LAYER. 

ELECRONICSV3 which is built on NXP S32K144 Automotive MCU. It has full support of Autosar MCAL layer 4..4.0 for all the peripherals of the S32K144 Microcontroller.

ElecronicsV3 is easy to use and hassle-free Automotive Development board to learn Automotive technologies. It has on board debugger, which is easily accessible via Type C USB cable. No need of any extra debuggers, just a simple Type C USB cable to power/debug/program the board. To know more the board, refer to ElecronicsV3 Product Page: 

Alone with ElecronicsV3 Board, users will also need AutoCal-V1 Hardware Kit for doing functional demo codes for different peripherals using MCAL layer. AutoCal-V1 Kit comprises of couple of double breadboards, jumper wires, can analyzer tool, logic analyzer tool and couple of sensors. To know More About AutoCal-V1 Kit, refer to its product page: 

What Software things needed for course??

We will be using NXP S32 Design Studio IDE for Autosar MCAL Code Configurator and understanding/exploring MCAL configurations of various drivers.

Addition to that S32 Design Studio, we will also use Logic analyzer software, Can analyzer Software and Jlink Software for wide number of activities to understand/analyze/debug the Embedded Software that we will write.

In terms of software package of MCAL we will use NXP S32 RTD package of Autosar v4.4.0 and S32K1 RTD v1.0.0 or v1.0.1, through out the course


What about Autosar Software Tools like EB Tresos?? Do we need that?
